Step 1: first mix the flour with 1g salt, then add water gradually to make a dough. Dough wrapped in plastic wrap, wake up about half an hour, is soft dough.
Step 2: heat the pan, pour in a little more vegetable oil, and then pour in chopped green onion and garlic to saute until fragrant. Then add the seasoning bag and pour in a small amount of soy sauce.
