Boiled fish with tomato juice
Introduction:
"It's a strange dish name, isn't it?"?! To put it bluntly, it's my cottage version of boiled fish. The real boiled fish is too oily and spicy. I really can't stand it, so I improved it into a boiled fish suitable for our family's taste. "
Production steps:
Step 1: marinate fish fillets with salt, wine, ginger, green onion and corn flour.
Step 2: cauliflower, bean sprouts, Chinese cabbage.

Put them into the conditioning machine, add the water that just scalded the fish, cover the ingredients, and then add lemon juice, sugar, salt, wine, a little soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper to make the sauce.
Step 10: bring the sauce to a boil and thicken it with water.
Step 11: sprinkle some parsley and sprinkle on the fish fillets.
