Smoked hairtail

Production steps:
Step 1: take a hairtail, scrape off the white skin, scratch a knife, marinate it with salt, pepper and 1 tbsp cooking wine.
Step 2: prepare shrimp oil.
Step 3: heat the oil on the pan and stir fry all ingredients over low heat.
