Production steps:
Step 1: soak dried squid in water.
Step 2: wash the pickled squid, cut into small pieces, shred red pepper, slice ginger and garlic.
Step 3: soak beancurd, wash celery and cut into sections.
Step 4: in a hot oil pan, saute ginger and garlic slices, add squid and stir fry until rolled up, add soy sauce, sugar and sweet chili sauce to taste, stir fry evenly, and set aside.
Step 5: in another oil pan, add celery, Yuzhu and red pepper together, stir fry until Yuzhu is ripe (with Yuzhu flavor floating out), add salt to adjust the flavor.
Step 6: add the fried squid and stir evenly.

Yuzhu: 50g
Red pepper: one

Soy sauce: right amount
Sweet chili sauce: right amount
Sugar: right amount
Salt: right amount
Note: squid cut flowers to force evenly, to light, or easy to cut off.
