Fried egg with bean curd
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: Tofu: cut 1 × 1cm cubes; egg: break up and cook in oil; cut onion, ginger and garlic into small pieces;

Add half a bowl of water (about level with the bean curd). Add some salt. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add the eggs. Simmer for 1 minute. Stir in the sauce.
