Production steps:
Step 1: steamed meat powder
Step 2: peel, wash and cut the five potatoes into hob pieces, soak them in water for use (my potatoes are small and fresh, so I used five)
Step 3: wash pork and cut into slices of moderate thickness. Add a little salt, soy sauce and chicken essence
Step 4: stir well and marinate for half an hour (I put three pieces of ginger, which is supposed to be pork with pork, but I really think pork with pork is too fat, which is a bit disgusting. Step 6: add the marinated meat mixed with steaming meat powder (when mixing the meat with steaming meat, make sure that each piece is stained with steaming meat powder)
Step 7: sprinkle a little water on the meat and add an appropriate amount of sesame oil (if the meat is not dry, you can not sprinkle water, but the meat will be delicious when steamed out after sprinkle water, avoid over drying)
Step 8: put the bowl into the pot and steam over high heat. Turn to medium heat and steam for about one hour
Step 9: take out the bowl after steaming
