Production steps:
Step 1: wash the sweet almonds, soak them in boiling water and peel them.
Step 2: pour the sweet almond into the cooking machine, add 200 ml of water to grind it into a slurry, filter the residue, and get the almond juice.
Step 3: put agar into a small bowl and soak in water until soft.
Step 4: pour the softened agar, 200 ml water and rock sugar into the pot, and heat it over low heat.
Step 5: cook until agar and rock sugar are completely melted, pour in almond milk and stir well.
Step 6: continue to boil over low heat until it is slightly boiling, skimming the foam.
Step 7: pour the almond pulp into the container, cool slightly and refrigerate until set.
Step 8: add 10 grams of sugar into the pan, add 40 ml of cold water, cook until completely melted, cool and refrigerate.
Step 9: cut the almond tofu into small pieces, pour in the sugar water, pour sugar osmanthus, sprinkle with diced fruit to eat.
