Production steps:
Step 1: peel the fresh horseshoe, wash and reserve. Take half a box of horseshoe powder
Step 2: cut the horseshoe into small pieces, mix the horseshoe powder with 500ml water to form raw pulp
Step 3: take another basin of 1000 ml water and add rock sugar to boil
Step 4: pour the boiled water into the raw pulp, mix it into the raw and cooked pulp, add the chopped horseshoe, and steam in the pot
Step 5: steam until transparent, cut into pieces and put on a plate. It's decorated with some melon balls

Rock sugar: right amount
Note: 1, water must use 1500 ml, too much steamed cake is too soft to form, less and too hard, affect the taste. 2. After steaming, cool and refrigerate for better taste.
