White gourd, spare ribs and job's tears soup

Production steps:
Step 1: after washing, add water and soak. A longer time will reduce the time of making soup. It's more practical. I usually soak for 4 hours (half a day).
Step 2: Boil the pot, make water, almost no amount of spareribs. Boil the water and put in the ribs. When the pan is boiling and white foam comes out, turn off the fire and use a colander to serve the spareribs. Let it cool and set aside.
Step 3: prepare the ingredients when cooking the spareribs: cut the scallion into sections, and have the scallion white and green. About 3-5 segments; ginger slices, about 5 slices. Wash the corn and cut it into small pieces, about 5cm in length. Wash and cut coriander, about 3cm wide.
Step 4: on casserole, do water, almost plus job's tears, ribs, wax gourd, just a good amount of a pot. After boiling, add Job's tears, spare ribs, green onion and ginger, bring to a boil over high heat (about 10 minutes), turn down the heat and cook for one hour (adjust the gas to the minimum flame)
Step 5: clean the wax gourd, cut it in half, dig out the soil in the middle, and then cut it into 1cm thick with skin. After boiling the soup for an hour, add the slices of wax gourd.
Step 6: turn high heat to boil, then turn low heat to continue for half an hour.
Step 7: turn off the fire after one and a half hours. Sprinkle a little salt and parsley in the bowl. Pour soup, white gourd, ribs, Coix and corn into bowl. Stir a little and let the salt and coriander mix well with the ingredients.
Step 8: a bowl of rich and delicious white gourd ribs and job's tears soup is out!

Note: 1, job's tears are dirty, need to be cleaned several times, and the longer the soaking time, the easier to mature. 2. Wax gourd skin is very nutritious. Don't peel and cook it. And the wax gourd with skin is easy to shape, otherwise it's all boiled. 3. Finally, salt is sprinkled so that the soup can be drunk more.
