Production steps:
Step 1: prepare all the main and auxiliary materials: egg, onion, ginger, garlic, leek, tomato, dried bean, pork, sauce, etc.
Step 2: cut leeks into small pieces; dice dried beans; knock eggs into a bowl; cut tomatoes into small pieces; sauce and less water; dice meat; chop onion and garlic; slice ginger;
Step 3: heat the oil, pour in the egg mixture and stir fry out of the pan.
Step 4: add onion, ginger and pepper in hot oil and stir fry with tomato and salt.
Step 5: when the tomato is fried into paste, put the scrambled eggs and smash them. Put pepper and other condiments out of the pot.
