Step 2: chop the chocolate and set aside. It will blend with hot cream more quickly.
Step 3: pour 60 grams of cream into the milk pot, heat until the edge is bubbling, about 70-80 degrees, turn off the heat.
Step 4: then add the chopped chocolate and stir until dissolved.
Step 5: when the chocolate sauce is not hot, add 20 grams of butter, 10 grams of rum, and a few drops of vanilla essence. Stir until melted. Then put the chocolate sauce in the refrigerator to set at low temperature for one hour.
Step 6: because the melting point of Dove chocolate is low, using the palm of the hand to round the chocolate ball will cause the chocolate to melt. Use a small spoon to dig a ball instead of round it.
Step 7: prepare 30 grams of coconut, 30 grams of cocoa powder, 30 grams of Matcha powder, 30 grams of colored sugar, only cocoa powder is OK, the other three can be discarded.
Step 8: use a spoon to dig a good autumn into the cocoa powder to roll a circle. If you don't eat it for the time being, you can keep it in the refrigerator.
