Steamed celery leaf
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: remove celery leaves and set aside.
Step 2: after washing, control the water, add 3 tbsp salad oil and mix well.
Step 3: add half a bowl of flour and mix well. Cover each celery leaf with a little flour
Step 4: put it into the steamer, bring it to a boil and steam over high heat for 10 minutes.
Step 5: pour a little oil into the frying pan, add minced garlic and stir fry until fragrant.
Step 6: add the steamed celery leaves, stir fry over high heat for one minute and turn off the heat.
Step 7: start to prepare seasoning juice: 1 spoonful of salt, 1 spoonful of chicken essence, half a spoonful of sugar, 1 spoonful of soy sauce, a few drops of cooking wine, 1 spoonful of chili oil, 1 spoonful of vinegar, 1 spoonful of sesame, 1 spoonful of oil consumption.
Step 8: pour the sauce into the frying pan and mix well.

Note: 1. There are three kinds of celery in supermarket: Celery: light flavor, basically leafless, wide and thick body; celery: more leaves, general celery flavor, about a finger thick body; parsley: more leaves, very heavy celery flavor, very thin body. The celery is not very delicious. 2. After washing, be sure to control the moisture, otherwise it will be sticky after steaming. 3. Add minced garlic and saute until fragrant. It will taste very good when it comes out of the pot.
