Simple: fresh pea and egg soup

Production steps:
Step 1: fresh peas
Step 2: fresh peas, one egg, one tablespoon starch and a small bowl of cold water (for thickening). My family has some sweet potato powder bought before Chinese New Year. I use small granule sweet potato powder here. Starch is OK.
Step 3: heat the pan and drain the oil.
Step 4: add fresh peas, add salt and stir fry until done
Step 5: add a large bowl of water and bring to a boil.
Step 6: after the water boils, add an egg.
Step 7: then, add starch (or sweet potato powder) solution for thickening
Step 8: add the egg liquid and starch liquid, bring the water to a boil again, taste the salt of the soup, add a little salt, oil, pepper, chicken essence and shallot to taste.
Step 9: the delicious soup is ready
