Spareribs with rose bean curd
Introduction:
"Rose spareribs are made by mixing rose Sufu and spareribs. They can remove oil and grease without other condiments. They taste bad and fragrant, and have bright red color. It's a simple and real lazy meal!"
Production steps:
Step 1: chop the ribs into small pieces, wash and drain.
Step 2: put the spareribs into the boiling water pot and blanch for 5 minutes.
Step 3: remove, rinse in cold water, drain and set aside.

Step 5: pour in the boiled ribs and stir fry.
Step 6: Take 1 / 5 bottle of rose Sufu and mix it with the soup to make a paste.
Step 7: pour the rose Sufu into the spareribs, add 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 2 teaspoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cooking wine, stir fry well, add a large bowl of boiling water, cover with high heat, and turn to medium heat until the soup is thick. Because Sufu is salty, there is no need to add salt.
