Production steps:
Step 1: wash the fresh spareribs;
Step 2: Huaishan and carrot are ready. When you peel Huaishan, you find that Huaishan is broken and temporarily replaced with corn. At this time, corn doesn't appear;
Step 3: blanch and drain the ribs;
Step 4: put into the sand pot, add enough water, put in three pieces of ginger, fire;

Step 6: put the corn and carrot into the casserole, cook with the ribs for 90 minutes, then turn off the heat;
