Mapo Tofu
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the tofu and cut it into cubes.
Step 2: mince lean pork, mince ginger and garlic, and dice green onion.
Step 3: bring half a pot of water to a boil, blanch the bean curd in the pot, bring to a boil and remove.
Step 4: put a proper amount of vegetable oil in the pot, heat it up and fry the minced meat.
Step 5: after the minced meat changes color, stir fry the minced ginger, garlic and chili sauce,
Step 6: add tofu, add cooking wine, a little soy sauce, a little sugar, add water, simmer for 3 minutes.
Step 7: when the tofu is tasty, add starch and a small amount of water to form a thin thicken, and then sprinkle with scallion, and finally sprinkle with pepper powder.
