Zhangshuanglou street is a township level administrative unit under the jurisdiction of Tongshan District, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province. It is located 10 kilometers northwest of Peixian County, covering an area of 0.6 square kilometers. It is under the jurisdiction of Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine living area of Xuzhou Mining Group. Surrounded by Anguo town and Zhuzhai town of Peixian County, it is an "enclave" in Tongshan district. It has jurisdiction over one community (double floor community) with a total population of 5625 (2010).
