Wuzhan Town, subordinate to Zhaodong City, Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the southeast of Zhaodong city and the North Bank of Songhua River, bordering Wanbao Town, Songbei District, Harbin City in the East, Dongfa street in the south, Laozhou town in the West and liming Township in the north. The area is 234.81 square kilometers. In 2018, there were 69148 registered residence population.
Wuzhan town was originally zahuo Shuotai. In 1734 (the 12th year of Yongzheng reign of the Qing Dynasty), the temporary Jianzhan was established at Wuzhan Ping'an and tunnan of songjiujiang. In the first year of Qianlong (1736), there were five stations. Guangxu 31 years (1905), for Hulan government, belongs to Nanxiang. Xuantong two years (1910), is the third Ji, renamed Le'an. In 1913, it belonged to six districts. In 1931, the Japanese garrison took over Hulan Public Security Bureau and set up two new public security bureaus in Kangjin town and Le'an town. In 1934, the police department of Le'an was reformed. In 1943, the district office was changed. In December 1945, it belonged to Le'an district. In the 35th year of the Republic of China (April 1946), it was changed to Le'an County; in the 37th year of the Republic of China (March 1948), it was named Wuzhan, belonging to 11 districts. In March 1949, Wuzhan street was divided into seven streets: democracy, victory, glory, happiness, Minxing, Fuxiang and Yingxu. In April 1953, two junior societies were set up. In February 1956, junior cooperatives were transformed into senior production cooperatives, with 14 senior cooperatives under the jurisdiction of the region. In March 1958, Wuzhan people's commune was established. In December 1982, the commune was transformed into a township. In April 1985, the township was transformed into a town. As of October 2019, it has jurisdiction over 11 administrative villages.
In 2018, Wuzhan town had 112 industrial enterprises and 22 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
