Dongmaili town
Dongmaili Town, subordinate to Gongliu County, Yili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the eastern suburb of Gongliu County, with agalsen Township in the East, Tekes County in the south, Gongliu town and tastobe Township in the west, and nilek County across the Yili River in the north. The total administrative area is 318.32 square kilometers.
Dongmaili town was originally the seat of the county; in 1950, it belonged to the second district; in 1984, it was changed to dongmaili township. On October 21, 2014, dongmaili town was established. By the end of 2018, the population of Dong buying town registered residence was 33406. In 2019, dongmaili town governs 11 administrative villages, and the town people's government is stationed in dongmaili village.
In 2011, the total revenue of dongmaili town was 65.21 million yuan, an increase of 7% over the previous year. In 2018, dongmaili town has 3 industrial enterprises and 25 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
Dongmaili town used to be the seat of the county.
From the first year of the Republic of China to the thirty third year of the Republic of China (1912-1944), it belongs to two districts.
During the "three districts" revolution period, it was under the jurisdiction of a thousand heads of households of moyinguze.
In 1950, it belonged to the second district.
In October 1958, the second district was changed into hongshiyue commune, belonging to it.
In 1960, the city and town commune was established from the Red October commune.
In May 1962, the red flag commune was established by merging with the two brigades separated from the Red October commune.
In August 1968, it was renamed Dongfeng commune.
In 1984, it was changed to dongmaili township.
On October 21, 2014, dongmaili township of Gongliu county was abolished and dongmaili town was established.
