Yong'an Manchu town is located in the west of Beilin District, Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province. It borders Suisheng Manchu town in the East, West Changfa town in the south, red banner Manchu Township in the West and LIANGANG Township in the north. In 2018, the Manchu town in Yongan had an area of 132.3 square kilometers and 23362 registered residence.

Historical evolution
In the fifth year of Daoguang reign of the Qing Dynasty (1825), a Manchu people made wasteland here. In the second year, their relatives came here to settle down and built ten majiazifang, which is called "Shijianfang". Originally Hulan city guard Wei (later changed to Hulan vice Du Tong).
Guangxu 11 years (1885), is Suihua hall; 32 years, set up Yongan district.
In the early years of the Republic of China, Yongan Town was changed to Suihua county.
After the fall of Northeast China, yonganbao was set up.
In 1941, Yongan village was established.
