Daxijiang farm

Daxijiang farm is located in the northwest of Heilongjiang reclamation area, at the south foot of Xiaoxing'an Mountains and the East Bank of Nenjiang River. It is a state farm of Heilongjiang General Bureau of agricultural reclamation, and is under the management of 93 Branch Bureau of agricultural reclamation. In June 1968, the Heilongjiang production and Construction Corps of Shenyang Military Region was established as the 47th regiment of the fifth division. In the spring of 1976, it was changed into a state farm. The farm covers a total area of 379 square kilometers, including 284000 mu of arable land, 90000 mu of grassland, 10000 mu of water surface and 140000 mu of woodland. The farm governs 19 enterprises and institutions directly under the farm and 6 agricultural mechanization management areas (planned as four animal husbandry areas), with 4575 households and a total population of 10995 (2010).

Qihei highway runs through the site, with convenient transportation. The farm is high in the East and low in the West. The total land area is 345 square kilometers. The farm is mainly Han nationality, and the minorities are Mongolian, Korean, Manchu and Daur.

Mineral resources include basalt, granite, shale, rhyolite porphyry, etc.; local products include hazelnut, mushroom, Pteridium, Auricularia auricula, daylily, etc.; medicinal materials include gentian, Platycodon grandiflorum, Adenophora, radix paeoniae rubra, bupleurum, Fritillaria, etc.; wild animals include more than 10 species such as snake, fox, wild boar, roe deer, wolf, etc.

In 2009, the farm realized a total output of 74000 tons of grain, beans and potatoes, with a gross output value of 347 million yuan, an increase of 19.24% over the previous year. The operating profit was 12 million yuan, the per capita net income was 10907 yuan, the gross output value of the primary industry was 217 million yuan, the secondary industry was 45 million yuan, and the tertiary industry was 85 million yuan. They increased by 14.20%, 28.57% and 26.86% respectively over the previous year. The rate of tap water entering households is 100%; telephone and telex networks have initially formed; more than 20 sets of TV programs and self run programs have been set up in TV stations.

First, efforts should be made to strengthen the structural adjustment of the planting industry, expand the planting area of sugar beet, potato, corn and other cash crops in line with local conditions, and realize the upgrading of the planting structure;

The third is the implementation of conservation tillage. The soil tillage method has changed from the original turning, raking and heavy tillage to no tillage conservation tillage, which not only reduces the cost, but also reduces the rolling times, increases the soil permeability, and greatly improves the quality of cultivated land. Animal husbandry development

We should seize the opportunity of Wandashan Dairy to build a dairy processing enterprise with 1000 tons of fresh milk per day, and implement the strategy of promoting scale operation and invigorating animal husbandry through science and technology. In 2009, there were 5113 cows in stock and the fresh milk output was 12778 tons

Urban construction

In accordance with the working idea of "high starting point planning, high-level construction and high-efficiency management", we will comprehensively implement ecological engineering and build new small towns for agricultural reclamation. By the end of 2009, more than 200 million yuan has been invested in urban construction, including 34 office and comprehensive residential buildings, 100 well-off residential buildings, with a construction area of 150000 square meters, 120000 square meters of hardened cement pavement, 170000 square meters of planted lawn, and 27 square meters of per capita green space. The occupancy rate of field straight buildings has reached 78%, and the hardening, lighting, beautification and greening of field straight areas have been basically completed Greening and aromatization project. It is particularly worth mentioning that with the delivery of 28 well-off buildings in 2009, our farm has built the first 100 well-off residential buildings in the reclamation area, which also marks a new step in our city work.

Development

As a result, nearly 150 workers in these two villages have been separated from the land to go out to work. As a result, farmers' labor income has reached more than 2.1 million yuan. The farm has promoted 270000 mu of high-yield cultivation mode of five crops, 12 new agricultural machinery technologies and 210000 mu of new agricultural machinery technologies in Linjiang Township, helped to establish a science and Technology Park and cultivate 165 science and technology demonstration households. Two seed sales outlets were set up, with a total of 960 tons of seeds sold, 108000 mu of grain seeds promoted, 350000 mu of aviation chemical operation realized, and 240000 mu of soil testing and formulated fertilization implemented. Over the past few years, the farm has carried out 12 times of science and technology training for Linjiang Township, and more than 3100 people have participated in the training, and more than 390 people have absorbed local labor force to work on the farm. The farm also actively broadened channels to carry out cooperation in various fields, such as education and medical treatment. Over the past few years, the primary and secondary schools have received 325 students in Linjiang Township, free of tuition and miscellaneous fees of nearly 124000 yuan, and conducted 118 off-site teaching with Linjiang Township teachers. Since the hospital and Linjiang township health center were designated hospitals for each other, they have provided 1258 medical services for Linjiang Township.

Accelerate the pace of transformation and purchase of supporting agricultural machinery, invest 14.82 million yuan to purchase 52 sets of land preparation and harvesting machinery in three categories, including 6 potato planters and harvesters, 9 corn pickers, 4 sugar beet transplanters and 2 self-propelled silage harvesters, and actively improve the level of agricultural machinery and equipment.
