Dabu Mongolian Township
Dabao Mongolian Township, belonging to Fengcheng City, Dandong City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northeast of Fengcheng City, bordering Dongtang town in the East, Caohe street in the south, liujiahe town and Jiguanshan town in the west, Shicheng Town and Daxing Town in the north, with an administrative area of 265.76 square kilometers.
In 1919, Dabao village was established, belonging to the Second District of East Road in Fengcheng County; on February 8, 2007, Dabao Mongolian township was established. By the end of 2018, the population of Dabao Mongolia Township registered residence was 22507. As of June 2020, eight administrative villages are under the jurisdiction of Dabao Mongolian countryside, and the Township People's government is located at 168 Wenhua Road, Dabao village.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of Dabu Mongolian township was 50.57 million yuan. The per capita fiscal revenue is 2110 yuan. The per capita net income of farmers is 9275 yuan. In 2018, there were 12 industrial enterprises in Dabu Mongolian Township, including one above scale and 14 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In the eighth year of the Republic of China (1919), Dabao village was set up, belonging to the Second District of East Road in Fengcheng county.
In 1938, during the period of puppet Manchukuo, Dabao village was set up under the jurisdiction of Fengcheng county.
In October 1945, the Fengcheng County Committee of the Communist Party of China set up Dabao district.
In October 1946, the Kuomintang army set up Dabu township.
In June 1947, the Kuomintang troops withdrew, and the Fengcheng County Committee of the Communist Party of China restored the Dabao district.
In October 1950, the Dabao district was abolished and the fourth district was set up. The fourth district (Dabao) and the second district (Caohe) were merged to establish the Fifth District. The four villages of Ping'an, Bao'an, huanglingzi and shangdonggou in the second district are divided into the Fifth District.
In February 1956, ten districts (Shicheng District) were merged into five districts to set up Dabao district.
In March 1958, Xinhe Dabao district was established in five townships, namely, Dabao, liming, ailiu, Kangjia and qiangfu.
In September 1958, the three townships of Dabao, Caohe and Yinhe merged to form Dabao commune.
In 1961, seven brigades, including housekeeper, Bao'an, Ping'an, huanglingzi, qiuqianling, shangdonggou and Yinhe, set up Caohe commune, while Kangjia group set up Shicheng commune.
In September 1983, Dabao commune was abolished and Dabao township was established.
In May 1984, Dabao township was abolished and Dabao Manchu Mongolian township was established.
In May 1985, Dabao Manchu and Mongolian township was abolished and Dabao Mongolian town was established.
On March 4, 2002, Dabao Mongolian town was abolished and replaced by Dabao town.
On February 8, 2007, Dabao Mongolian township was established.

At the end of 2011, Dabao Mongolian rural area has jurisdiction over one community and eight administrative villages: Dabao, Baojia, liming, armed, Sanguan, AILU, Baolin, Dabao and Yanjia, with 112 villager groups.
As of June 2020, eight administrative villages are under the jurisdiction of Dabao Mongolian Village: Dabao village, Baojia village, Wujun village, Liming Village, Sanguan village, ailiu village, Baolin village and Yanjia village.
