Changle West Road Street, belonging to the new urban area of Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, is located in the middle of the new urban area. At the beginning of the Republic of China, the territory was mainly cultivated land, and there were a few residents during the Anti Japanese war. The newly-built Jinhua knitwear wholesale market had attracted foreign investment, and the Kangfu Road Trading Plaza and Long'an commercial building had also started construction. Changle West Road has become one of the most intensive markets in the city.
