Xibaipo Town, belonging to Pingshan County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, is located in the middle of Pingshan County, bordering Sujiazhuang Township in the East, Gangnan Reservoir and Xibaipo Memorial Hall in the south, xiahuai town in the West and mengjiazhuang town in the north, with an administrative area of 29.4 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, the population of Xibaipo town registered residence was 7398.

In 1949, Xibaipo town belonged to mengjiazhuang District of Jianping County; in May 2002, it was changed to Xibaipo town. As of June 2020, Xibaipo town has jurisdiction over 16 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located in chenjiayu village.

In 2011, the total financial revenue of Xibaipo town was 2.36 million yuan, an increase of 148% over the previous year. The local tax revenue was 2.2 million yuan and the national tax revenue was 160000 yuan. History of construction

In 1949, Xibaipo town belonged to mengjiazhuang District of Jianping County.

In June 1956, the district was withdrawn and Baipo township was established.

In July 1958, Xibaipo commune management committee was established.

In September 1958, it was incorporated into Pingshan County.

In April 1968, it was changed into the Revolutionary Committee of Baipo commune.

In February 1984, it was changed to Baipo township

In January 1990, Yaoshang village, yanweigou village, tongjiakou village, huojiagou village, Jiaoli village and Xipo village were included.

In May 2002, it was changed to Xibaipo town.
