Lichong Hui nationality township belongs to Fengtai County, Huainan City, Anhui Province. It is adjacent to the Huaihe River in the south, West and North, across the river from Fengtai County, Shouxian County in the southeast and Fengtai Economic Development Zone in the northeast. It is 7.7 km long from east to west and 4.9 km wide from north to south, covering an area of 22.5 square kilometers (2017). It governs 6 administrative villages, 38 natural villages and 84 villager groups in Weiying, Minzu, Shiwan, Huailin, Lichong and Maochong.

Maoxian Cave Scenic Spot

Shoutang pass

Shoutang pass, also known as "dressing table", was built in memory of Liu Jinding, the heroine of Song Dynasty. Liu Jinding first captured Shoutang pass and set up camp here when he rescued Liu Jinding from the Southern Tang Dynasty. The soldiers of the Southern Tang Dynasty surrounded Shoutang pass, but Liu Jinding was not afraid. He still dressed up in the pass, and then urged his horses to fight into the enemy's battle with a golden knife. The soldiers of the Southern Tang Dynasty fled in all directions. Later, in order to praise the heroine, shoutangguan was also called "dressing table" and "guojialou".
