Suibin farm

Founded in 1948, Suibin farm is the ninth regiment of the second division of Heilongjiang production and Construction Corps of Shenyang Military Region of the former Chinese people's Liberation Army. The state farm of Heilongjiang state farms bureau is subordinate to Baoquanling Administration Bureau of state farms.

The geographical coordinates are between 130 ° 22 ′ 30 ″ - 131 ° 51 ′ 27 ″ E and 47 ° 5 ′ - 47 ° 42 ′ 30 ″ n. It is 45 kilometers long from north to South and 26 kilometers wide from east to west. Now it covers an area of 778000 mu, with 550000 mu of cultivated land, including 452000 mu of paddy field, which is adjacent to Songhua River in the South and Heilongjiang in the north. It has a total population of 19074 people (in 2010), including four administrative areas and 37 residential groups, and 18 industrial and commercial construction and service enterprises. In the East and south of Suibin County, Zhongren and Beishan are bordered respectively. The west is adjacent to Jiangbin, Junchuan farm and Puyang farm.

Suibin farm is adjacent to Songhua River in the south, Heilongjiang River in the north and Russia across the river. The total land area is 518.9 square kilometers, including 410.6 square kilometers of land, 64.8 square kilometers of forest land and 43.5 square kilometers of water surface, accounting for 79.15%, 12.5% and 8.4% of the total land area respectively. The farm has 34 agricultural production teams and 28 industrial, commercial, transportation, construction and service enterprises, with a total population of 19074 (2010). The site is flat and fertile, with 32800 hectares of arable land, 65% of which is dry land and 35% is paddy land.

The origin of history

Suibin farm, founded by Suibin County in 1948, was named "Suibin farm". In September 1951, it was under the leadership of the people's Government of Songjiang province and renamed Songjiang machinery farm. In 1955, it was transferred to the administrative department of state farms of Heilongjiang Province. In June 1968, Heilongjiang production and Construction Corps was established as the ninth regiment of the second division. In February 1976, the production and Construction Corps was abolished and the farm system was restored. Suibin farm was still called, and it was subordinate to Baoquanling farm Administration Bureau. Suibin farm is located in the alluvial plain between Songhua River and Heilongjiang River, with flat land. It is a modern state farm with comprehensive development of agriculture, industry, animal husbandry and vice versa. In 1987, it was designated as the national experimental area for comprehensive rural reform. The land area of the farm is 830000 mu, of which 502000 Mu is cultivated land. It is mainly planted with wheat, soybean and rice. In 1992, the total yield of grain and soybean was 59000 tons, and the commodity rate of grain and soybean reached 77%. The dairy industry has also developed greatly. In 1992, the total agricultural output value reached 73.29 million yuan. There are dairy factory, brick factory, wood processing factory, grain and oil processing factory. By the end of 1992, the total population of the farm was 19000, and a small town with 7300 people has been built.

Honors

In July 2020, it was identified by the Ministry of agriculture and rural areas as the first batch of farms in China.

On December 22, 2020, it will be selected into the list of the fifth batch of demonstration counties (cities, districts) that take the lead in basically realizing the whole mechanization of main crop production.

Farm development

In 2009, the total output value of the farm area was 840 million yuan, the per capita net income of workers' families was 14517 yuan, and the enterprise profit was 20 million yuan. The total grain output was 348000 tons, 300000 mu of green food raw material base was established and passed the national acceptance; the added value of animal husbandry was 103 million yuan; 1950 mu of afforestation was completed, 1.3 million trees were planted, 20 km of green channel was built, and 51 mu of greenhouse grape sightseeing demonstration base and Schisandra chinensis sightseeing demonstration base were added. A new industrial park with an area of 680000 square meters has been built, five enterprises have been successfully introduced, and 40 million yuan of industrial investment has been attracted, the industrial added value is 110 million yuan, and the product sales revenue is 285 million yuan. The total area of the development building is 100000 square meters, 42.5km of village road is newly built, and 7 residential areas are relocated as a whole. The farm was awarded the "national advanced unit of spiritual civilization construction" by the Central Committee of civilization, the "home of model workers" by the all China Federation of trade unions, the "national advanced collective of innovation and struggle", the "national rice demonstration farm", "national advanced field of grain production", "national advanced unit of standard grain field construction", and the only "national advanced unit of comprehensive agricultural development" by the Ministry of agriculture It is one of the top five afforestation units in China. The construction of farm urbanization has successfully passed the acceptance of provincial towns with beautiful environment.

In 2010, the farm should strive to build a large professional rice field, develop 80000 mu of paddy field, and achieve the goal of 360000 tons of grain and beans and 20000 yuan of per capita income of planting industry. We invested 90 million yuan in land consolidation of five residential groups and 30 million yuan in the construction of a modern agricultural exhibition park. The "small scale and large group" breeding mode was promoted, and the added value of animal husbandry was 197 million yuan, an increase of 21.4% over 2009. High standard implementation of 10 km green channel and 8 green landscape construction projects, completed 1.5 million trees. The industrial sales revenue reached 310 million yuan and the industrial added value reached 110 million yuan. New buildings of 110000 square meters, the overall relocation of 12 residential groups, demolition of more than 1500 households. 15 kilometers of village road will be built, the main streets will be thoroughly transformed, and the relocation of waterworks and the construction of underground sewage pipe network will be completed. A 100 meter wide green belt will be built along the outer ring in the urban area.

The workers' Congress of the farm passed the "implementation plan for creating an economic and social comprehensive development demonstration farm" and formulated the overall plan for the next five years. It is planned to build the farm into a landscape ecological forest Suibin city with economic development, elegant environment, civilized atmosphere, prosperous culture and harmonious society in five years.
