Ashihe street, belonging to Acheng District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the east of Acheng District. The northeast is adjacent to Liaodian Manchu Township, Hongxing town and Jinlongshan Town, the southeast is adjacent to Yagou town across Ashe River, the south is adjacent to Shuangfeng street, the west is adjacent to Yangshu Township and Sheli street, and the north is adjacent to Sheli street. In Yuan Dynasty and Ming Dynasty, it belongs to ashiwei of Wanyan department. Qing Yongzheng four years (1726), belongs to alechuka Dudu Fu. The first year of the Republic of China (1912), belongs to Acheng county. In 1946, four villages of Dongguan, Chengjiao, Chengjian and Heping belonged to Chengguan District, four villages of Nancheng, Baicheng, Shuangcheng and Xincheng belonged to Shuangbai District, and three villages of Minhe, Pingan and Chengcheng belonged to Hadian district. In May 1950, Chengguan District was renamed District 1, Shuangbai district was renamed District 2, and Hadian district was renamed District 4. In 1954, the four villages of Nancheng, Baicheng, Shuangcheng and Xincheng in the two districts were divided into one district. In 1955, it was divided into two districts: Dongguan, Chengjiao, Chengjian, and Heping. In 1958, 11 senior communes were incorporated into Acheng; in September, they were changed into Ashe River commune. In 1964, Acheng town emerged. In 1984, the commune was transformed into a township. In February 2001, the township was transformed into a street.
