The subordinate functional departments of Antu County are responsible for implementing the national, provincial and state forestry industry development strategies, guidelines, policies, laws and regulations; according to the needs of the county's economic and social development, formulate the county's forestry industry development plan and annual, medium and long-term plans, and organize the implementation.
Main responsibilities
The main responsibilities of Antu County Forestry Bureau are as follows:
(1) To implement the national, provincial and state forestry industry development strategies, guidelines, policies, laws and regulations; to draw up the county forestry industry development plan and annual, medium and long-term plan according to the needs of the county's economic and social development, and organize the implementation.
(2) To guide the forestry industry to optimize the industrial structure and coordinate development; to maintain social stability and order in forest areas, coordinate and manage various issues; to guide the forestry system reform; to be responsible for forestry statistics and information guidance.
(3) We should conscientiously implement the principles, policies, laws and regulations of forest fire prevention. Organize forest fire prevention, fire fighting, grasp the emergency dynamic information, and act as a good adviser for county leaders.
(4) Responsible for the county's voluntary tree planting, village greening, urban greening and other work.
(5) To investigate and deal with all kinds of forest criminal cases, forestry administrative cases, forest public security cases, forest fire and other cases in the county.
(6) To be responsible for the investigation and supervision of forest diseases, insect pests and rodents in the whole county; to manage wild animals and plants, and to conscientiously implement the regulations on plant quarantine and the technical specifications for investigation, technical regulations and monitoring of forest diseases, insect pests and rodents in Jilin Province.
(7) To be responsible for the management of forest resources, resource archives and forest administration of the whole county.
(8) To be responsible for organizing the implementation of national forestry technical standards and norms; to organize technological development and promotion of scientific and technological achievements to promote the progress of science and technology in the industry; to organize industrial training to do a good job in revitalizing forestry through science and education.
(9) To be responsible for the introduction, financing, supervision and management of the county's forestry system infrastructure construction funds and the maintenance and appreciation of state-owned assets.
(10) To be responsible for the management of cadres, personnel, labor wages, professional title evaluation and organization establishment of County Forestry Bureau and its affiliated enterprises and institutions.

Internal organization
Responsibilities of forest fire prevention headquarters office: responsible for publicizing and implementing forest fire prevention guidelines, policies, decrees and regulations. Responsibilities of production department and greening office: publicize and implement the national and provincial afforestation guidelines, policies, laws and regulations. We should strengthen the investigation and research work in the forest area, grasp the trend of the forest area in time, and make clear the situation to ensure the stability of the forest area.
