Silicon Valley Street is under the jurisdiction of Chaoyang District, Changchun City, Jilin Province.

The jurisdiction extends to Chaoyue street in the East, ring expressway in the south, xiangyangbaotun, Yongchun Town, Chaoyang District, dachanggoutun, Bayi village, Xingfu Township, Nanguan District, West to xiyueda Road, Kuangda Road, ring expressway in the west, and Chaoda road in the north, covering an area of 17 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over three villages of Wanshun, Laluo and Fuqiang, and six communities of Shunda, Fuyu, Yueda, Chaoqiang, Fuqiang and Xiangwan, with a total population of 54000. The office is located at 177 West Yueda road.

The regional boundaries of Silicon Valley sub district office are: Chaoda road in the north, Yumin Road, bingsan Road, Bingsi road in the west, ring expressway in the East, east boundary of Yongchun Park, inundation line of Bayi Reservoir in the west, and ring expressway in the south. With an area of 29.889 square kilometers, it governs three villages, namely Wanshun, Laluo and Fuqiang.
