Huangniupu Town, belonging to Feng County, Baoji City, Shaanxi Province, is located in the northeast of Feng County, bordering Weibin District of Baoji City in the East, Hekou town in the south, honghuapu town and tangzang town in the west, and Pingtou town of Chencang District in the north, with a total area of 456.25 square kilometers.

The origin of place names
Because there is a huangniu mountain in the east of the town, which was named after the establishment of shops in the Qing Dynasty.
History of construction
At the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China, huangniupu belonged to Dongda road.
After the third year of the Republic of China (1914), it was renamed the eastern region.
In 1935, caoliangyi joint protection office was set up.
In the 28th year of the Republic of China (1939), it was renamed caoliangyi Township Office, which had jurisdiction over the four guarantees (baijiadian, caoliangyi, honghuapu, huangniupu).
In September 1949, huangniupu town and dongheqiao Township were established.
In November 1949, Baoji County under the jurisdiction of huangniupu East Street under the jurisdiction of Feng County, the establishment of huangniupu District Office (the Second District).
In September 1958, rocket commune was established.
In January 1959, rocket, Chaoying and Xianjin were merged into shuangshipu commune and set up huangniupu management area.
