Tianshui Manchu Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Liaoyang County, Liaoyang City, Liaoning Province, is located in the east of Liaoyang County, bounded by Motianling in the East, Xiuyan Manchu Autonomous County in Anshan City in the south, Helan town in the west, Hanling town and Gongchangling District in the north, with an administrative area of 313.92 square kilometers.
In 1906, it belonged to Liaoyang Prefecture; in September 1986, it established Tianshui Manchu Township, which belonged to Liaoyang County. By the end of 2018, 20394 households registered residence in Manshui township. As of June 2020, Tianshui Manchu countryside has 14 administrative villages.
In 2011, the budget revenue of Tianshui Manchu Township was 77 million yuan. In 2018, there were 60 industrial enterprises and 65 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters in Tianshui Manchu Township.
History of construction
In 1906, it belonged to Liaoyang Prefecture.

Daheishan is located in Tianshui Manchu Township of Liaoyang County, 60 kilometers away from Shoushan Town, the seat of Liaoyang county government.
