Yundonghai Street

Sanshui new town (Yundonghai Street) is close to the north of the southwest central urban area of Sanshui, with an urban planning control area of 128 square kilometers (57 square kilometers in the core area and 19.32 square kilometers in the start-up area). Yundonghai is a rare ecological treasure land in the Pearl River Delta, with a forest coverage rate of 80% and a land to water ratio of about 7:3. history

Yundonghai lake is a vast water area in history, which is called "ancient Yundonghai Lake". Until the end of Ming Dynasty and the beginning of Qing Dynasty, there was still 20 square kilometers of water. At the end of the 1950s, under the guidance of the idea of "taking grain as the key link", the lake was reclaimed to form a pattern of staggered distribution of cultivated land and fish ponds. At present, the Yundonghai lake restoration project is being implemented, and it is planned to fully complete the North Lake excavation project and realize water storage by the end of the year.

The water surface area of Yundonghai lake is 10000 mu, which is equivalent to that of Hangzhou West Lake. It is divided into South and North Lake areas. The North Lake area is 7000 mu, and the South Lake area is 3000 mu. The average depth of the lake is 2.5 meters, and the deepest is 5 meters. In addition, a 2000 mu Wetland Park will be built. The functions of the South and North Lake areas are different. The North Lake area mainly develops tourism, leisure and vacation on the basis of the ecological prototype, while the South Lake area is a comprehensive urban living area with functions of Commerce, culture and entertainment, sports and residence.

The landscape planning and design projects of Yanhu Road, yueliangqiao and Dongan park are jointly awarded by the international first-class design unit - aiyikang environmental planning and design (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Municipal Engineering Design and Research Institute. Based on the international vision, the project adheres to the high starting point planning, and takes "Yundonghai landscape planning" as the blueprint to complete the landscape planning of Beihu Yanhu road greenway And the moon bridge, east bank park landscape planning preliminary scheme, large-scale planning of cloud East Haiti standard landscape.

——The effect of landscape construction is beginning to show. The greenway landscape node project of Beihu Yanhu Road, with a total cost of 67.525 million yuan, is being constructed in three sections, highlighting the functions of urban greenway and bicycle track, focusing on road construction, greening and landscaping, municipal supporting facilities and lighting around the lake along the 8.5-kilometer Ring Road around the lake, so as to create ecological water vein, urban green vein and sports artery in Yundonghai. The upgrading project of Guihua island in Yundonghai was completed, with an investment of 951000 yuan, planting nearly 500 seedlings, increasing dike greening, building hydrophilic platform, and creating an ecological window in Yundonghai.

——The planning and construction of the project will be promoted in an all-round way. At the beginning of the year, the water storage project of the second bid section of the North Lake was completed, involving a land area of 3400 Mu and a project amount of 30.95 million yuan. The water storage ceremony of the first and second bid sections of the North Lake was successfully held, realizing the formation of 7000 Mu of water surface of the North Lake. Actively cooperate with the district's land and urban construction and Water Bureau to promote the planning and construction of water diversion project and wetland park. The water diversion project has completed about 18 million yuan, accounting for 70% of the total project quantity; the wetland park has completed the preliminary review of the planning scheme, and the construction unit has entered the site. The downstream channel and temporary drainage works of Beihu lake are under design.

——A breakthrough has been made in the selection of business and capital. We should start the packaging planning for regional development, actively carry out publicity and promotion, and achieve a new breakthrough in attracting high-quality projects in sports and education industries. Yundonghai training base project of China Triathlon Association, with a total investment of 500 million yuan and an area of 600 mu, was settled at the beginning of this year. The preliminary work of project planning and design, event organization and holding, etc. are being carried out. It is planned to build a multi-functional and comprehensive base integrating leisure, sports, entertainment and exhibition as well as a special venue for China Triathlon by 2013. With a total investment of 1 billion yuan and an area of 300 mu, Yundonghai Shenmei international school project has signed a letter of intent to build an international school that can accommodate 3600 teachers and students to study, work and live in a high standard, so as to provide healthy, safe and high-end educational growth space for the children of foreigners in Guangdong and even South China.

——The construction of key projects is progressing smoothly. Support the steady development of enterprises, timely coordinate and solve the difficulties and problems existing in the development of enterprises. The successful opening of the five-star Green Lake Hot Spring Resort has further improved the level of high-end consumer services in our street. The expansion design of Shanshui manor Castle Howard Johnson Hotel project has been completed, and the foundation construction began at the end of 2010. Shenzhen hotel project is undergoing land transfer and construction application. The preliminary work of upgrading and reconstruction of Chiba Hotel is in progress. The second phase project of ecological sports park has entered the early stage of planning. The foundation and water supply and drainage works of the main hall of the blissful Temple project have been started in an all-round way.

——The real estate industry has developed steadily and orderly. Shanshui manor real estate project was completed by the end of 2010. Shenye real estate project phase I subject to pre-sale conditions. The real estate project of ecological sports park was put on sale at the end of 2010. The real estate projects such as Chuanghong linhaishangdu, Liri Swan Lake, Liri Jianmei forest lake and green lake ellenburg have been sold well.

Taking the greenway network as the ecological brand of Yundonghai, the overall planning of the 128 km greenway network of Yundonghai is compiled, and the main framework of "one corridor, four rings and three centers" is constructed. Through 14 km provincial (No.1) Yundonghai greenway, open 12 km Forest Park greenway. The 10 kilometer provincial (No.1) Yundonghai greenway demonstration section upgrading project was completed, with an investment of about 15 million yuan for greening upgrading, node construction, and improvement of service post station and other facilities, so as to make the greenway more beautiful and rural, attracting more and more citizens to ride the greenway and get close to nature.

History of town and street

Yundonghai street was officially established on March 28, 2008. Its predecessor is Yundonghai Tourism Economic Zone, which was established in July 1999. Yundonghai is famous for its complete vegetation, excellent ecology and beautiful environment. The Sanshui District Party committee and government of Foshan City set up Yundonghai street from the strategic height of building "a modern industrial area, an ecological fashion city, and a happy and long-lived town", vigorously promote the construction of Yundonghai lake, and create a modern "new West Lake" in Foshan City.
