Mujia Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Liaoyang County, Liaoyang City, Liaoning Province, is located in the southwest edge of Liaoyang County, adjacent to Qianshan District of Anshan City in the East, Haicheng City in the south, tangmazhai town in the West and Liuerbao town in the north, with an administrative area of 114.6 square kilometers.
In June 1961, Mujia commune was established, belonging to Liaoyang County; in March 1995, it was changed into Mujia town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of Mu Jia town was 33924. As of June 2020, Mujia town has 17 administrative villages.
In 2011, the budget revenue of Mujia town was 8.761 million yuan. In 2018, there were 42 industrial enterprises in Mujia Town, including 2 above scale enterprises and 1 comprehensive store or supermarket with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In June 1961, Mujia commune was established in Liaoyang County.
In August 1968, it belongs to Shaling district.
In May 1978, it belongs to Shoushan district.
In April 1980, it belongs to Liaoyang County.
In October 1983, Mu's hometown was changed.
In March 1995, it was changed to Mujia town.

By the end of 2011, Mujia town had 17 administrative villages: Shengli, dongmujia, nanmujia, jieguanbao, xintaizi, nantaikou, caojia, Zhengjia, luohuzhuang, huangqingdui, Zengjia, Lujia, liujianfang, hengdaozi, Gushu, Liqi, xujiaying, 87 villager groups and 58 natural villages.
As of June 2020, Mujia town has 17 administrative villages: Shengli village, dongmujia village, nanmujia village, jieguanbao village, xintaizi village, nantaikou village, caojia village, Zhengjia village, luohuzhuang village, huangqingdui village, Zengjia village, Lujia village, liujianfang village, hengdaozi village, Gushu village, Liqi village and xujiaying village. The Town People's government is stationed in nanmujia village.
