Huzhuang town
Huzhuang Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Dashiqiao City, Yingkou City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northwest of Dashiqiao City. It is connected with Guantun town in the East, Qinghua street in the southeast, Jinqiao street in the south, Laobian District in the southwest, Gaokan town in the west, Qikou town in the northwest, and Haicheng City in Anshan in the north, with an administrative area of 87 square kilometers.
In the eighth year of Shunzhi reign of the Qing Dynasty (1651), people from Zhi, Lu, Yu and Jin regions came here to settle and reclaim and form villages; before liberation, it belonged to Haicheng County; in October 1984, Huzhuang township was changed into Huzhuang Town, which belonged to Yingkou County; in November 1992, Yingkou county was changed into Dashiqiao City, which belonged to Dashiqiao City. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Huzhuang town was 32363. As of June 2020, Huzhuang town has 13 administrative villages.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of Huzhuang town was 210 million yuan, an increase of 12% over the previous year. Among them, local fiscal revenue was 80 million yuan, an increase of 11% over the previous year. The per capita net income of farmers is 9653 yuan. In 2018, there were 42 industrial enterprises in Huzhuang Town, including 11 above scale and 62 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In the eighth year of Shunzhi reign of Qing Dynasty (1651), people from the areas of Zhi, Lu, Yu and Jin came here to settle and reclaim, forming villages.
Before liberation, it belonged to Haicheng county.
In April 1946, Yingkou county was established and put under the jurisdiction of Yingkou county.
In January 1948, Huzhuang district was established, belonging to Yingkou county.
In June 1950, Huzhuang district changed its name to seven districts, still belonging to Yingkou county.
In August 1955, the seven districts were restored to Huzhuang District, and the subordinate relationship remained unchanged.
In March 1956, Qikou district was merged into Huzhuang District, belonging to Huzhuang district.
In February 1958, Huzhuang district was abolished and Huzhuang township was established. The subordinate relationship of Huzhuang Township remained unchanged.
In September 1958, Huzhuang township was transformed into Huzhuang commune, belonging to Yingkou county.
In September 1983, the township system was restored, and Huzhuang Township belonged to Yingkou county.
In October 1984, Huzhuang township was changed into Huzhuang Town, belonging to Yingkou county.
In November 1992, Yingkou county was changed into Dashiqiao City, belonging to Dashiqiao City.

As of June 2020, Huzhuang town has 13 administrative villages: Huzhuang village, Yangjia village, Hanjia village, laolinzi village, houkanzi village, qiankanzi village, Gaotaizi village, tutaizi village, Shuangjingzi village, gaoshantai village, Shiqiao Manchu village, Wentian village and Zhenxing village. The town people's government is stationed in Huzhuang village.
