Lutun town
Lutun Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Bayuquan District, Yingkou City, Liaoning Province, is located in the center of Bohai rim economic circle and Northeast Asia economic circle and the east of Bayuquan District. It borders Shuangtai town and Xutun town of Gaizhou city in the East, red banner Manchu Autonomous town in the south, Haidong Street in the West and Shagang town of Gaizhou city in the north, with an administrative area of 102.12 square kilometers.
In the early Qing Dynasty, it was named Lujiatun; in January 1984, Bayuquan District was established and designated; in August of the same year, Lutun township was transformed into a town; in April 180, 2003, Lutun town was transferred from Gaizhou city to Bayuquan District. By the end of 2018, 50522 households had registered residence in Lun Tun Town. As of June 2020, Lutun town has 3 communities and 18 administrative villages.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of Lutun town was 210 million yuan, an increase of 50% over the previous year. Among them, local fiscal revenue was 140 million yuan, an increase of 46% over the previous year. The per capita net income of farmers is 13000 yuan. In 2018, there were 1252 industrial enterprises in Lutun Town, including 15 Enterprises above Designated Size and 410 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In the early Qing Dynasty, it was named Lujiatun.
In 1905, it was renamed lutunbu.
In the winter of 1945, Gai county was liberated; in November of the same year, Lutun district was established, belonging to GAIPING County, and the district government was stationed in lutunbu.
In May 1949, GAIPING county carried out planning adjustment, and Lutun district was divided into Shuangtaizi District and Zhenglanqi district.
In October 1949, Zhenglan Banner was incorporated into Lutun district.
In July 1950, Lutun district government named it the Second District of Gai county.
In June 1951, Lutun district government changed to Lutun district office.
In February 1956, there were 9 townships in the region, including Lutun, Guantun, Huangqibao, houanping, Shuangtaizi, Wangershan, wanghaizhai, Bayuquan and xiangbaiqi.
In June 1958, GAIPING County withdrew its districts and merged with townships. Bojizhai, shagangtai, xiaowanghai and cuitun and xiaolutun of Xiangbai Township in Lutun Township, Guantun Township and Wanghai Township merged to form Lutun big township. The whole Township established the red flag society. In July of the same year, the red flag Communist farm was changed. At the same time, Zhenglanqi Township and Shuangtaizi Township were merged into Hongqi Communist farm.
In March 1959, GAIPING County commune was abolished and Lutun brigade was changed into Lutun commune.
In March 1961, four communes, Shuangtaizi, Anping, Hongqi and Bayuquan, were set up in Lutun. The residence of Lutun commune is still in Lutun.
In January 1965, GAIPING county was renamed Gaixian, and Lutun commune was still Gaixian.
In September 1983, Lutun commune was transformed into Lutun township.
In January 1984, Bayuquan District was established, and Bayuquan was designated; in August of the same year, Lutun township was transformed into a town.
On April 180, 2003, Lutun town was transferred from Gaizhou city to Bayuquan District.
