Zhujia Street
Zhujia street, belonging to Hunnan District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, is located in the southeast of Hunnan district. It is adjacent to Wangbin street in the East, Fushun County in Fushun City in the southeast, Lixiang street in the west, Baiqing street in Sujiatun District in the South and shenjingzi street in the north, with a total area of 105 square kilometers.
In May 1949, Zhujiatun district government was established, which belongs to the Central District of shenjingzi. In November 2007, Zhujiatun town was transformed into Zhujia street. At the end of 2011, the total population of Zhujia street was 19600. As of June 2020, Zhujia street has jurisdiction over 19 communities, and its sub district office is located in Zhujia street.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of Zhujia street was 15 million yuan, an increase of 55% over the previous year. The per capita disposable income of urban residents is 24500 yuan.
History of construction
In May 1949, Zhujiatun district government was established, which belongs to shenjingzi central district.
In October 1958, the three townships of Zhujiatun, Wangbin and Lixiang were combined into Zhujiatun commune.
In January 1960, Zhujiatun commune was assigned to Sujiatun District.
In September 1961, the original Zhujiatun commune was divided into three rural communes: Zhujiatun, Lixiang and Wangbin.
In March 1965, Zhujia commune was assigned to Dongling District.
In September 1983, Zhu's commune was changed to Zhu's hometown.
In August 1985, Zhu changed his hometown to a new town.
In November 2007, Zhujiatun town was transformed into Zhujia street.
On June 20, 2018, eight communities of Zhujia sub district office, namely hongtaigou, Yuqiao, qiankang, Yusheng, Panli, Houkang, jindesheng and dongbaoshan, were set up to establish Yongsheng sub district office. Longhong community of Zhujia sub district office was assigned to shenjingzi sub district office, and gaobazhai, duanjiagou and Yong'an communities of Zhujia sub district office were assigned to Lixiang sub district office.
