Xiongyue town
Xiongyue Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Bayuquan District, Yingkou City, Liaoning Province, is located in the south of Bayuquan District. It borders xiazaoyu village, chentun Town, Gaizhou city in the East, Heping Village, chentun town in the southeast, Gujiazi village, huayuanzi village and Nanyao village, jiulongdi street, Gaizhou City in the south, jiulongdi street and Zhenghong banner across the river in the southwest, the coast of Bohai Sea in the west, and Bayu village, Yingkou Economic Development Zone in the northwest Haofang village, Honghai office, Hongqi Manchu Autonomous Town, is adjacent to Honghai District, with an administrative area of 55.5 square kilometers.
In 1664, gaizhouwei was changed into GAIPING County, belonging to fengtianfu; on November 6, 1985, Manchu Township and Xiongyue town were merged into Xiongyue town (vice county), belonging to Gaixian; on April 18, 2003, Xiongyue town was assigned to Bayuquan Economic Development Zone, Yingkou City, with the same jurisdiction. By the end of 2018, the population of Xiong Yue town registered residence was 97687. As of June 2020, Xiongyue town has 11 communities and 14 administrative villages.
In 2011, the total revenue of Xiongyue town was 89525 million yuan, an increase of 43.1% over the previous year. Among them, the local fiscal revenue was 8001 million yuan. The per capita net income of farmers is 1000 yuan. In 2018, there were 41 industrial enterprises in Xiongyue Town, including 8 Enterprises above Designated Size and 350 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In 1664, Gaizhou Wei was changed to GAIPING County, belonging to fengtianfu.
In 1727, Xiong Yue added the name of vice capital to manage the affairs of entering the flag in Xiong Yue, Fenghuang City, Xiuyan and Lushunkou.
In the second year of the Republic of China (1913), GAIPING County Office was changed to GAIPING county administrative office, belonging to Liaoshen Road (Yingkou), Liaoning Province.
In 1922, the police district system was abolished, and Xiong Yue belonged to the second district.
In 1923, the village was abandoned and eight districts were built in the county. Xiongyue belonged to the third district (Xiongyue city).
In 1929, the system of Daoism was abolished, and the administrative office of GAIPING county was directly under Liaoning Province; in May of the same year, the administrative office of GAIPING county was changed into the government of GAIPING county.
On September 180, 1931, Liaoning Province changed its name to Fengtian province and governed GAIPING county.
In November 1932, the administrative office of GAIPING county was established.
In July 1936, Xiongyue district was changed into Xiongyue village.
In December 1937, Xiongyue village was transformed into Xiongyue street, belonging to the administrative office of GAIPING County in Manchuria.
In October 1945, the Liaodong people's self-defense army took over GAIPING County; on November 13 of the same year, the democratic government of GAIPING county was established; that month, the democratic government of Xiongyue district was established, the district government was stationed in Xiongyue City, and then moved to chentun (now chentun township of Gaizhou City); on December 18 of the same year, GAIPING county was divided into Antong province.
In the 35th year of the Republic of China (1946), on May 15, some areas of GAIPING, Zhuanghe and Fuxian counties were set up, and Wanfu county (located in wanfuzhuang village of Wanfu town today) was established. Xiongyue district was assigned to Wanfu county. In August of the same year, southern Liaoning administrative office was established, and GAIPING county and Wanfu County belonged to the fifth special office of southern Liaoning administrative office. On October 20 of the same year, Kuomintang troops occupied the area, and the division followed the system of northeast occupied period GAIPING county belongs to Fengtian province and Xiongyue town belongs to GAIPING county.
In June 1947, the Northeast Democratic Alliance Army liberated GAIPING and Wanfu counties, rebuilt the democratic governments of GAIPING and Wanfu counties, and Xiong Yue returned to the leadership of Wanfu county. In August of the same year, Yang Yun Central District (located in Badaohe village of today's Yang Yun township) was established, and Xiong Yue town belongs to Yang Yun central district.
On June 11, 1948, the southern Liaoning administrative office was incorporated into Liaoning Province, and GAIPING county and Wanfu county were under the jurisdiction of Liaoning Province; on December 8 of the same year, Wanfu county was abolished, and Xiongyue Town, formerly under the jurisdiction of GAIPING County, was re assigned to GAIPING county.
In May 1949, Liaodong province was established. GAIPING county was under Liaodong Province, and Xiongyue town was under GAIPING county. In October of the same year, Xiongyue Town Office was changed to Xiongyue Town People's government.
On August 1, 1950, Liaodong and Liaoxi provinces merged into Liaoning Province, and GAIPING County belonged to Liaoning Province.
In June 1955, the people's Government of GAIPING county was changed into the people's Committee of GAIPING County, and the people's Government of Xiongyue town was changed into the people's Committee of Xiongyue town.
In November 1956, the office of the Commissioner of Liaoyang was established, and the people's Committee of GAIPING county belongs to Liaoyang Special District.
On October 1, 1958, GAIPING County commune was established, and Xiongyue Town People's Committee was transformed into Xiongyue brigade; on November 29, 1958, Liaoyang Commissioner's office was abolished, and GAIPING County commune was transferred to Yingkou City.
In November 1959, GAIPING County commune was abolished and the organizational system of the people's Committee of GAIPING county was restored; in the same year, Xiongyue brigade was changed into Xiongyue commune.
In April 1960, Xiongyue commune was divided into five management divisions: Xiongyue town commune, and the surrounding villages of Xiongyue commune were divided into Xiongyue town commune.
In May 1961, Xiongyue town commune and Xiongyue commune were merged into Xiongyue commune, and 11 villages, including pujiagou, shangzaoyu, xiazaoyu, Taipinggou and chentun, were set up to form chentun commune.
In October 1963, the organizational system of Xiongyue town was restored, and 16 villages including Jinxing, Shengli, Lihua, Limin, yuyuanzi, Guotun, Yangtun, Datie, Xianghuangqi, Huoshan, Litun, Wenquan, Wangershan, tangtun and motun were designated as Xiongyue commune.
In January 1965, 2011, the people's Committee of GAIPING county was changed to Gaixian County, and Xiongyue town belonged to Gaixian County; on December 16 of the same year, Gaixian County belonged to the office of the Commissioner of southern Liaoning.
On December 26, 1968, the South Liaoning special office merged with Yingkou City, and Gaixian County became Yingkou City.
On December 27, 1978, the Revolutionary Committee of Xiongyue town was abolished and the people's Government of Xiongyue town was restored.
On May 6, 1984, Xiongyue commune was changed into Xiongyue Manchu Township.
On November 6, 1985, Manchu Township and Xiongyue town were merged into Xiongyue town (vice county level), which belongs to gai county.
On April 18, 2003, Xiongyue town was put under the jurisdiction of Bayuquan Economic Development Zone, Yingkou City.

At the end of 2011, Xiongyue town had 5 communities and 14 administrative villages: Zhanqian, Xingfu, Guanghua, Beiguan, silica mine, liming, Jinxing, Lihua, Shengli, Xiguan, Datie, Xianghuangqi, Huoshan, Wenquan, Wangershan, motun, tangtun, yuyuanzi, Guotun; 27 resident groups and 82 resident groups.
By June 2020, Xiongyue town has 11 communities and 14 administrative villages: happy community, Zhanqian community, Beiguan community, Guanghua community, silica mine community, Xincheng community, Bincheng community, Heping community, Tiedong community, Yicheng community, Qingcheng community, Shengli village, Jinxing village, Lihua village, Xiguan village, Liming Village, Wenquan village, Wangershan village, motun village, tangtun village, Huo village Shancun village, Xianghuangqi village, Datie village, yuyuanzi village and Guotun village. The town people's government is located at No. 1 Shanhai Avenue, Xianghuangqi village.

Xiongyue town is located in the middle and west of Liaodong Peninsula and the east coast of Liaodong Bay in Bohai Sea. The terrain is divided into hilly terrain, flood plain and flood plain. The main natural disasters in Xiongyue town are rainstorm, hail and so on. The most serious rainstorm occurred.
