Yangxiaba town
Yangxiaba Town, belonging to Liangzhou District, Wuwei City, Gansu Province, is located in the north of Liangzhou District, adjacent to Daliu town in the East, Zhongba town in the south, Yongchang Town in the West and xiashuang town in the north. It is 11 kilometers away from Liangzhou city in the south. By the end of 2018, the area was 21.84 square kilometers and the registered residence population was 17868.
From the Western Han Dynasty to the "five Liang" period of the Sixteen Kingdoms, the territory belonged to guzang County, Wuwei County, and later to Linzhong County, Wuwei County. In the Tang and Song Dynasties, it returned to guzang county. Yuan, Yongchang Road is West Liangzhou. During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, it was successively returned to liangzhouwei county and Wuwei County. During the Republic of China, it belonged to Jinyang township of Wuwei County. After September 1949, it belongs to Jinyang District. In 1952, it belongs to the first district (Jinyang). In 1956, it was yangxiaba township. In 1958, yangxiaba, jiudun and xiashuang townships merged to form xiashuang commune. In 1962, yangxiaba commune was established. In 1983, yangxiaba township was established. In 1986, Zhongba township was incorporated. In 1997, Zhongba township was separated. In 2002, the township was removed and the town was built. As of June 2020, yangxiaba town has jurisdiction over 1 community and 10 administrative villages. The town people's government is located in dongxiwu, shangergou village.

History of construction
From the Western Han Dynasty to the "five cool" period of the Sixteen States, the territory belonged to guzang County, Wuwei County.
From the Northern Wei Dynasty to the early Sui Dynasty, it belongs to Linzhong County of Wuwei County.
In the Tang and Song Dynasties, it returned to guzang county.
In the Yuan Dynasty, it belonged to Liangzhou in the west of Yongchang Road.
During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, it was successively returned to liangzhouwei county and Wuwei County.
After the first year of the Republic of China (1912), it belonged to Jinyang township of Wuwei County.
After September 1949, it belongs to Jinyang District.
In July 1952, it belongs to the first district (Jinyang).
In January 1956, the district was withdrawn and the township was merged into yangxiaba township.
In October 1958, yangxiaba, jiudun and xiashuang townships merged to form xiashuang commune.
In 1962, yangxiaba commune was established.
In July 1983, the government and society were set up separately, and yangxiaba township was set up.
In January 1986, Zhongba township was merged into yangxiaba township.
In October 1997, it was divided into Zhongba and yangxiaba townships.
In August 2002, yangxiaba was withdrawn from the township to build a town.
