Fuyong Subdistrict
Fuyong street belongs to Bao'an District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province. It is located in the southwest of Bao'an District, bordering on Zhujiang Estuary in the west, Xixiang street in the south, Shajing street in the north and Gongming street in the northeast. Its central position is 113 ° 49 ′ E and 22 ° 36 ′ n. The government is located in the center of the street.
Fuyong sub district has a total area of 66.2 square kilometers, under the jurisdiction of 13 communities, with a population of 472792 (in 2010), a total industrial output value of 131.231 billion yuan and a tax revenue of 9.4 billion yuan.
In the east of the District, there are Fenghuang Mountain scenic spot and Fenghuang ancient city, and in the center of the District, there is wanfubi, which is listed in the Guinness world record.
Evolution of organizational system
In the third year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty (1575), Fuyong inspector general was set up in fuyongwei, which was the beginning of the title of Fuyong's first political system. It belongs to Xin'an County, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province.
In 1666, Xin'an County was merged into Dongguan County, and Fuyong was a part of Dongguan county.
Kangxi eight years (1669), the restoration of Xin'an County, Fuyong is under the jurisdiction of Xin'an County.
In October 1949, Fuyong belonged to songganglian Township, Bao'an County, Guangdong Province.
In July 1953, Fuyong was divided into one district (in the autumn of 1955, the first district was renamed Fuyong District).
At the beginning of 1957, Fuyong district was merged into Shangnan district.
In March 1958, the district was withdrawn and the township was merged, and Fuyong was named township (town level). At the end of September, Fuyong Township merged with Shajing Township and Songgang Township to form Chaomei people's commune.
In July 1961, Fuyong was separated from Shajing commune and set up a separate commune.
In July 1983, Fuyong commune was renamed Fuyong district office. In October 1986, it was renamed Fuyong town.
In January 1993, Baoan county was removed from the county division, and Fuyong town was under the jurisdiction of Baoan District.
In July 2004, Fuyong town was changed into Fuyong sub district office.

In 1575, Fuyong inspection department was set up in fuyongwei, which has jurisdiction over Xixiang, Fuyong, Songgang, Gongming and Shiyan.
At the end of Ming Dynasty, Xin'an County was divided into three townships, seven capitals and fifty-nine villages. The names of Fuyong villages include Lingxia village, Shixi village, Huaide village, Fuyong village, Qiaotou village, zaoxia village, Tangwei village, Dongkeng village, Rentian village and Xincun.
In October 1949, Fenghuang (including Fuyong) village governed Fenghuang village, baishixia village, Huaide village, Fuyong village, Qiaotou village, Tangwei village, etc.
In August 1955, Fuyong district had jurisdiction over such coastal villages as Fanshen, Gushu, Sanwei, Fuyong (including Huaide and baishixia), Pingtang (including Tangwei, Qiaotou, Heping, dawangshan and Maanshan), and Minzhu.
In October 1956, the county was merged into 31 townships. Fuyong township (including Fuyong, Pingtang and Heping), Buyong township (including Minzhu and yongbian), Shajing township (including Shajing and Yabian) belonged to Fuyong District, and Fuyong had town level administration..
In March 1958, Fuyong, Heping, qiaotang, Fenghuang and Sanwei belonged to Fuyong township.
In January 1963, Shajing and Fuyong were merged into Shajing commune, which includes the peace brigade, qiaotang brigade, Fuyong brigade, Fenghuang brigade and Sanwei Brigade (including hourui and Caowei in Xixiang).
In December 1976, Fuyong commune was established separately, under which the following brigades were under its jurisdiction: Heping brigade, Tangwei brigade, Qiaotou brigade, Fuyong brigade, Huaide brigade, Fenghuang brigade and Sanwei brigade.
In July 1983, Fuyong commune was established as Fuyong District Office, with Fuyong Township, Huaide Township, Heping Township, Tangwei Township, Qiaotou Township, Fenghuang Township and Sanwei Township under its jurisdiction.
In October 1986, the people's Government of Fuyong Town administered 10 village committees, namely Tangwei village committee, Qiaotou village committee, Heping Village Committee, Xinhe village committee, Xingwei village committee, xiashiwei village committee, Fuyong village committee, Huaide village committee, baishixia village committee and Fenghuang village committee.
In September 1990, Fuyong residents committee was established in fuyongxu town.
In March 1991, Fenghuang village committee was divided into Fenghuang village committee and Xintian village committee.
In April 2005, Xintian community residents committee was divided into Xintian community residents committee and Nitian community residents committee.
