Yizhou street, belonging to Yixian County, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, is located in the middle of Yixian County, bounded by Jinfu highway in the East, Chengguan Street in the South and West, and the South Bank of Linghe River in the north, with a total area of 7.23 square kilometers.
In 1958, Yizhou commune was changed; in 1979, Yizhou commune was dissolved and Yizhou town and Chengguan Manchu Township were established. On April 27, 2013, Yizhou town was abolished and Yizhou street was established. At the end of 2011, the total population of Yizhou street was 62400. As of June 2020, Yizhou street has jurisdiction over 9 communities, and the street office is located in the ancient city center of Yizhou.

Fengguo Temple scenic area is located in the East Street of the ancient city of Yixian. It was built in 1020, covering an area of nearly 60000 square meters. It is a royal temple of Liao Dynasty integrating ancient architectural engineering and cultural and artistic value. In 1961, Fengguo Temple scenic spot was awarded the first batch of key cultural relics protection units in China. In 2008, Fengguo temple was successfully promoted to national AAAA scenic spot.
