Caohe Street
Caohe street, belonging to Fengcheng City, Dandong City, Liaoning Province, is located in the east of Fengcheng City, adjacent to Dabao Mongolian Township and Dongtang town in the East, Fengshan street and Bianmen town in the south, Fengshan street in the West and Jiguanshan town in the north, with a total area of 105.9 square kilometers.
In the 26th year of the Republic of China (1937), Caohe village was established in puppet Manchu; on March 18, 1994, Fengcheng Manchu Autonomous County was abolished and Fengcheng City was established; in May of the same year, Fengcheng City was established; on November 4 of the same year, Caohe township was abolished and Caohe street was established. At the end of 2011, the total population of Caohe street was 17892. As of June 2020, Caohe street has jurisdiction over six administrative villages, and its sub district office is located at No. 689 Caohe street.

History of construction
In 1937, Caohe village was established in Manchuria.
In 1938, Caohe village was established.
In October 1945, the CPC Fengcheng County Committee established Caohe district.
In October 1946, the Kuomintang troops occupied Fengcheng, established Caohe Township and changed the village to Bao.
In June 1947, the Kuomintang troops withdrew, and the CPC Fengcheng County Committee restored Caohe district and stationed in gujiabao.
In October 1950, Caohe district was changed into the Second District, which is located in kangjiapu.
In 1952, the second district (Caohe) and the fourth district (Dabao) were merged to form the Fifth District, which is located in Dabao.
In February 1956, the districts were merged into townships, and 14 townships were set up in Dabao district; in September of the same year, three townships, namely Dabao, Caohe and Yinhe, were abolished and merged into Dabao commune.
In July 1961, the commune was adjusted. The villages of Caohe and Yinhe were separated from Dabao commune, and Caohe commune was established, which was located in gujiapu.
In September 1983, Caohe commune was abolished and Caohe township was established.
On March 18, 1994, Fengcheng Manchu Autonomous County was abolished and Fengcheng City was established; in May of the same year, Fengcheng City was established; on November 4 of the same year, Caohe township was abolished and Caohe street was established.
