Yingzi Township, Hongqi
Yingzi township of Hongqi, a township under the jurisdiction of Xiuyan Manchu Autonomous County, Anshan City, Liaoning Province, is located in the Middle East of Xiuyan Manchu Autonomous County, bordering dayingzi town in the East, Yangjiabao town and Linggou town in the south, Xinglong Town and Xiuyan town in the West and suzigou town in the North, with an administrative area of 192.11 square kilometers.
In September 1945, Xiuyan was liberated; in December of the same year, the mining area of Xiuyan County was established, and the district government was stationed in HONGQIYINGZI; on May 20, 1985, HONGQIYINGZI Manchu Autonomous township was renamed HONGQIYINGZI township. By the end of 2018, 14783 households registered residence in Hongqi yingzi township. As of June 2020, HONGQIYINGZI village has jurisdiction over seven administrative villages.

History of construction
In September 1945, Xiuyan was liberated; in December 1945, the mining area of Xiuyan County was established, and the district government was stationed in HONGQIYINGZI.
On June 5, 1947, the mining area government was restored and stationed in HONGQIYINGZI.
On March 23, 1949, the Mining District Office of Xiuyan County was changed into the mining district government of Xiuyan County; on June 21, 1949, the mining district government was changed into the people's Government of mining area.
On May 1, 1950, it was changed to the name of the district in numerical order, which was called the Second District People's Government of Xiuyan County.
On May 12, 1951, sidaohe district was abolished, and its seven villages, sandaohe, sidaohe, taixia, niangnianggou, yangheyan, pingjie and Xinglong, were merged into the second district (mining area). The residence was moved from HONGQIYINGZI to suzigou Sanhe street.
On March 1, 1956, seven villages, sandaohe, sidaohe, taixia, niangnianggou, yangheyan, pingjie and Xinglong, were merged into pianling District, and ten villages, Yonggui, dayingzi, shishilingzi, Qingfeng, honghualing, hengshanzi, huoshilingzi, Zhongxin, Shajin and Shixing, in Jianshan District, were merged into Pianling district.
On March 4, 1958, the district was withdrawn and the township was merged, and Kuangshan township of Xiuyan County was newly built, which belongs to the people's Committee of Xiuyan County; in September of the same year, yingzi Township and suzigou township of Hongqi were merged into Hongqi commune, which was located in Sanhe street of suzigou.
In July 1961, the red flag commune was established and stationed in the red flag camp.
In December 1980, Hongqi commune was changed into HONGQIYINGZI commune.
In September 1983, yingzi commune of Hongqi was changed to township.
In April 1984, the township was renamed Xiuyan red banner yingzi Manchu Autonomous township.
On May 20, 1985, HONGQIYINGZI Manchu Autonomous township was renamed HONGQIYINGZI township.
