Biaokou town

Biaokou town is located 35 kilometers west of Lutai Town, where Ninghe district government is stationed. There are national Qilihai wetland reserve and national ancient coastal reserve. Rice is the main food crop. In the past few years, leading agricultural enterprises such as reed curtain processing, grass curtain processing, grape preservation and organic fertilizer have been formed. There are 20162 permanent residents (in 2017), with 20989 mu of cultivated land and 46 square kilometers of regional area.

Biaokou town is located 35 kilometers west of Lutai Town, where Ninghe district government is stationed. It is 35 kilometers away from Tianjin, 35 kilometers away from national highway 205. It is 20 kilometers away from Tianjin Binhai International Airport and Tianjin port. National Highway 205 and Qilihai Avenue pass through the north and south sides of the town. Binbao Expressway passes through the whole town. Chaobai River and zengkou river run through the town.

administrative division

In November 2016, biaokou was removed from the township to establish a town, and the administrative region and government residence remained unchanged. There were eight administrative villages in the area (XingTuo, houxin, Luotuo, democracy, freedom, happiness, liberation, security).

Economic overview

In 2003, the gross national product of the whole town reached 206.1 million yuan, the total output value of industry and agriculture reached 507.29 million yuan, the total output value of township enterprises reached 751.64 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers reached 6920 yuan. There are national Qilihai wetland reserve and national ancient coastal reserve. The former residence of martyr Yu Fangzhou, a famous early revolutionist, founder and leader of the Communist Party of Tianjin and the Communist Youth League, Secretary of Tianjin municipal Party committee, is located in Jiefang village.

Enterprise status

There are 64 industrial enterprises in the town. Among them, there are 27 pipeline installation companies. It has initially formed four pillar industries of electronic products, precision processing, pipeline installation and steel rolling. The main products are various miniature transformers, processing and manufacturing of various injection molding products, electrolytic cell insulation pad, various types of locomotive springs, special-shaped springs, self tapping screws, imported domestic automobile water tanks, radiators, various specifications of steel bars, angle steel, insulation pipes, etc.

Agricultural situation

The three planned agricultural economic zones in the town have begun to take shape in the adjustment of agricultural structure: the first is the economic zone of ten thousand mu grape and winter jujube on the north side of the rural highway, which integrates picking and viewing; the second is the tourism economic zone of fishing, recreation and catering with Donghai reservoir as the leader; the third is the animal husbandry economic zone on the North Bank of zengkou river. rice is the main food crop, with a planting area of 14000 Mu and an annual output of more than 7000 tons. The characteristic planting industry has 3900 mu of grapes, including 200 mu of grapes in thermal insulation shed, 600 mu of winter jujube, 200 mu of Luwang Xiantao, 200 mu of green seedlings and 60 mu of winter jujube seedlings. After several years of development, it has initially formed agricultural leading enterprises such as reed curtain processing, grass curtain processing, grape preservation, organic fertilizer and so on. focus on the development of water conservancy facilities with both self provided water sources and aquaculture. 10000 mu of water surface has been developed, which can provide more than 6 million cubic meters of agricultural water annually. On the basis of developing common carp and silver carp, we will develop special aquatic products such as black crucian carp, river crab and freshwater shrimp. there are four animal husbandry communities in the town, with a total area of 360 mu. Among them, there are 130 cows, 60 beef cattle, 5000 pigs, 170000 broilers and 4000 sheep.
