Rixin Street
Rixin street, belonging to Xigang District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northeast of Xigang District. It extends to the south boundary of yuanrixin street in the south, Xinkai road in the west, the north boundary of yuanzhan North Street in the north, and Zhongshan District in the East. The administrative area is 5.02 square kilometers.
On November 29, 2019, Zhanbei street and the original Rixin Street will be abolished, and Rixin Street will be re established, with the original two street areas as the new street area. As of June 2020, Rixin street has jurisdiction over 12 communities, and its sub district office is located at No.1 Leye street, Xigang District.

Yuanzhan North Street
In October 1947, Jianshe Street established four neighborhoods: Yinghua, Xinxin, Ronghua and Dongguan.
In 1954, Minle Street belonged to Zhongshan District; in the same year, Ronghua and Dongguan neighborhoods were changed into streets.
In 1969, Minle street was assigned to Xigang District.
In December 2003, Minle street, Jianshe street and Beijing street were merged into Zhanbei street.
Yuanrixin Street
In March 1946, rixinfang office was established.
In December 1950, the city district office was renamed the District People's government. At the same time, Xigang District merged 24 square into 14 square, and Rixin square was one of them.
In March 1953, Xigang District 14 square to 14 street, Rixin street is one of them.
In August 1954, 14 streets were adjusted to 12 streets, and Rixin street was one of them.
In May 1959, 12 streets were merged into 6 streets: Dongguan, Songshan, Huanghe Road, Rixin, beigangqiao and Changchun Road.
In March 1960, six streets were merged into three communes. Rixin street was merged and its name was cancelled.
In 1963, urban communes were transformed into streets, and Rixin street was one of them.
In September 1969, the street was changed into a commune, and Rixin street was changed into Lixin commune.
In 1978, the streets were restored and Lixin street was one of them.
In September 1982, Lixin street was renamed Rixin street.
At the end of 2003, Hongyan street and Jianshe street were merged into Rixin street.

On November 29, 2019, according to the reply of Dalian Municipal People's Government on Approving the adjustment of administrative divisions of some streets in Xigang District, it is decided to cancel Zhanbei street and the original Rixin street, and re establish Rixin street. The original two streets are taken as the new street area, and the street office is located in the original Rixin Street Office (No. 1 Leye street, Xigang District).
