Pingshan Town belongs to Lingshan County, Qinzhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It is located in the northeast of Lingshan County, 22 kilometers away from the county. It is connected with Fozi town in the southeast, Shitang town in the northeast and Fengtang town in the West.

The original market of Pingshan Town was located in pingshantu of Huangning village. Due to the poor economy and life of the farmers nearby and the low purchasing power, it was difficult to sell the agricultural and sideline products on the market. Later, the market was moved to hetangling, a relatively flat place. In the 1990s, Pingshan Town basically realized the hard bottom of main streets and installed street lamps. In 1998, new markets and new urban areas were built, and urban waterworks were expanded.
