Haoguantun Town, belonging to Kangping County, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, is located in the southeast of Kangping County. It faces Changtu County of Tieling City across Liaohe River in the East, Faku County in the south, Shengli Township and Dongguan Street in the west, liangliangzi Township in the north, and beisanjiazi street in the Northeast.
