Jianshe Township, subordinate to Wudalianchi City, Heihe City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the southwest of Wudalianchi city. It is adjacent to Qingshan street in the East, Xinfa Township in the south, Heping Town in the West and Tuanjie Township in the north. It is 9 kilometers away from Wudalianchi City, with a total administrative area of 116.35 square kilometers.
In the Qing Dynasty, Jianshe township was the general manager of East bukhart; in May 1983, it was changed from Jianshe commune to Jianshe township. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence households in rural areas was 15651. In 2019, nine administrative villages will be under the jurisdiction of the rural areas, and the people's government will be stationed in the central village.
Jianshe township is one of the main rice and soybean producing areas in Wudalianchi city. Its economic structure is mainly planting and breeding. In 2018, Jianshe township has 6 industrial enterprises and 10 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to the general manager of East bukhart.
In 1915, it was the third district of Keshan County. In the 19th year of the Republic of China (1930), it was put under the jurisdiction of the third district of the administrative bureau of dedu. In 1934, it was assigned to the western district. In March 1938, it was changed to Xihe village. In 1945, it was divided into division 25. In March 1946, it was renamed Chengxi district. In June 1949, Chengxi district was renamed the third district.
In March 1956, Jianshe township was set up in three districts.
In September 1958, it was incorporated into Qingshan commune, known as the construction management area.
In September 1963, Qingshan commune was established.
In May 1983, the commune was built and the township was rebuilt.

In 2011, nine administrative villages, including the center, Minxing, Xinxing, Fumin, Fuqiang, Wanyou, Xingfu, Jianguo, and Wusan, were built, and 39 villager groups were set up.
