Liming town (1867-1946), named chengkai, was born in Tongjinpu, Cili County. He graduated from Yunnan Jiangwu school. He once served as brigade commander of Yunnan army mixed brigade and Hunan senator. Later, he returned to his hometown in his old age. He was 79 years old.

Liming Town, named chengkai, is a native of Cili Tongjinpu. He graduated from Yunnan lecture hall. Born in the sixth year of tongzhi (1867) in Qing Dynasty, he loved martial arts and had great physical strength. He once engaged in business and mining, but he lost all his father's legacy due to lack of financial skills. Forced to make a living, he went to live in his old friend Wang Zhengya's department. At that time, Wang Zhengya was appointed commander of wuziying and stationed in Yunnan. Wang Zhengya appointed Li yiwenshu as his post.
