Water improvement and expansion project

Daotenauer town is located 100 kilometers east of Wuliyastai, Dongwu banner, with a population of more than 200 households and 1100 people. In order to change the situation of long-term drinking high fluorine water for local residents, Dongwu County Water Conservancy Bureau took livelihood water conservancy as the foundation, carried out drinking water safety project for human and livestock as the goal, actively fought for funds, and reconstructed and expanded the original water supply project.

The project was started on June 8, 2008 and completed on August 10, 2008. The total investment of the project is 970000 yuan, including 660000 yuan from the state, 90000 yuan from the autonomous region and 220000 yuan from the masses. The water supply capacity of the project is 310 tons / day, which can solve the problem of drinking water for 2400 people and 300 livestock. Four new water treatment workshops and management rooms are built, all of which are equipped with winter heating facilities, and the new courtyard wall is more than 200 meters. A set of defluoridation equipment is installed, including 2 defluoridation tanks, 1 54m3 water storage tank, 1 dosing equipment and 2 water supply pumps. Computer monitoring and automatic frequency conversion water supply technology are adopted. Through water test operation, the equipment runs well and the effect of reducing fluoride is obvious. The fluoride content is reduced from 2.5mg/l to 0.47-0.87mg/l.

The completion of the project has completely changed the history of long-term drinking high fluoride water for local residents, and greatly improved the drinking water conditions and living quality of local residents.

We should focus on animal husbandry and diversify. The Party committee changed their ideas, adjusted the industrial structure of animal husbandry, took the road of intensive management, and put forward the working idea of "taking cow breeding as a breakthrough, relying on community construction, giving full play to the leading role of Shuangwa dairy industry, building a dairy processing industry system, to improve the income of farmers and herdsmen". The construction of dairy belt, dairy village and dairy area has been started in an all-round way, forming a new pattern of industrialization development of herdsmen in the leading enterprises plus base zone. At the end of 2003, there were 126079 livestock in stock, including cattle, horses and sheep. The output of meat is 1086.45 tons and that of milk is 6500 tons. It has 476 small tractors, 450 rakes and 18 wells. There are 441000 mu of enclosed grassland, 10000 mu of artificial grass and 3000 mu of feed. The output value of forestry is 3 million yuan, and 495 mu of windbreak and sand fixation forest are planted. The main tree species are Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica, poplar, elm, clove, elm. 240000 mu of farmland was converted to forest. There are 11 industrial enterprises with output value. Binzhou railway line and 301 National Road run through the town, with a passenger turnover of 150000 people and a freight turnover of 9000 ton kilometers. There are 1095 program-controlled phones and 639 mobile phones. There are 142 individual businesses in the town, with 296 employees. The local tax revenue is 316000 yuan. There are two primary and secondary schools in the town, 162 in-service teachers and 680 students. There are one library and one cultural station respectively, with limited TV coverage of 95%. There are 2 medical and health centers, 19 medical staff and 4 beds. The per capita income of urban residents is 3168 yuan.
