Shule town
Shule Town, belonging to Shule County, Kashgar Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in Shule county. It is the residence of the county people's government, with a total area of 14 square kilometers. It is connected with Youka Baren village of Baren Township in the East, otulakeqi village of Baren Township in the South, canthus city in the West and yangbulake farm in Kashgar in the north.
In the second year of the Republic of China (1913), Shule established the county government, and Shule town was the seat of the county government; in 1984, it was renamed Shule town from Chengguan town. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in Shule town was 46485. In 2019, Shule town has 21 communities and 4 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the people's government is stationed in the second courtyard of nachuke road.

History of construction
In the second year of the Republic of China (1913), Shule county government was formally established, and Shule town was the seat of the county government.
In 1944, there were cultural towns and new towns in the city, which was the predecessor of Shule town.
In January 1950, when the district government was established, the two towns of culture and new city were under the jurisdiction of one district as culture street and new city street.
In October 1952, it was divided into the Fifth District of Kashgar City.
In April 1955, it was re assigned to Shule County as Chengguan District.
On October 26, 1955, Chengguan District was abolished, and the first and second streets of the former Chengguan District were merged to form Shule Chengguan town.
In 1965, it was changed into urban commune.
In 1973, the urban commune was incorporated into the urban commune and established as a street.
On March 1, 1981, Chengguan town was restored.
In 1984, Chengguan town was renamed Shule town.
